Under the hood

Recorded for real, played like an instrument

Every sound in Percussions Rack is a real instrument, recorded by Al Hug through vintage microphones, high-end analog preamps and tape. The effects come straight from his signal chain.

Played by hand

Every hit is a real instrument played by a person, so no two racks feel like a drum machine.

Analog all the way

Vintage microphones, high-end preamps and tape gave each sound its grain before it ever became a sample.

245 sounds, 5 racks

Bongos, congas, shakers, guiros, bells, woodblocks and more, 49 hits in every rack.

Velocity that matters

Velocity can move volume, pitch and filter, so soft hits are softer, darker and lower.

Effects from the chain

Delay, three convolution reverbs, saturation, chorus and wobble, set up the way Al Hug uses them.

Ready in seconds

16 factory presets to start from, keyswitches C0 to E0, and your own presets saved alongside.
